At Endocrinology Associates, we have a CLIA-certified, high complexity Laboratory performing routine and specialty hormone testing and assays. Endocrinology Associates physicians and imaging technology staff are certified in nuclear medicine, bone density and ultrasound imaging services. Laboratory and Imaging services are available at both Scottsdale and Chandler locations.

The key to comprehensive quality control is the use of an in-house laboratory and imaging services. Having these services available is beneficial to patients and allows for timely, accurate, cost-effective laboratory testing and imaging.

​Paperless Communication Policy

 

To improve efficiency and provide quicker access to your medical information, our office is transitioning to apaperless communication system.

 

As part of this transition, lab and radiology orders and test results will no longer be routinely printed or distributed in paper format. These documents will be delivered electronically through one of the following secure methods:

 

• Secure text message sent to the mobile phone number on file
• Patient Portal access, where documents may be securely viewed, downloaded, and saved for your records

 

We encourage all patients to ensure their mobile phone number and Patient Portal account information are current and active to avoid delays in receiving important medical information.

 

If you need assistance accessing the Patient Portal or updating your contact information, please contact our office and a team member will be happy to assist you.

How can I get a copy of my results or testing order?

 

Our office is a paperless system. Lab and radiology orders and test results are delivered electronically via text message or through the Patient Portal. Please ensure your contact information and Patient Portal access are up to date.
