We bill insurance as a courtesy to our patients. Patients are responsible for knowing their insurance coverage as well as understand their financial responsibility for the bill. Please note insurance plans change regularly and patients are advised to call their insurance company for confirmation. If your insurance company requires that you need a referral, then you are responsible to provide one from your primary care doctor.
