We bill insurance as a courtesy to our patients. Patients are responsible to know their insurance coverage as well as responsible for the bill. Note insurance plans change regularly and patients are advised to call their insurance company for confirmation. If your insurance company requires that you need a referral you are responsible to provide one from you primary care doctor.
